Can I buy cigarettes or other tobacco online?

Do you live in the Netherlands and do you buy tobacco from an online store? This is only allowed if the tobacco has a Dutch excise stamp. However, this is hardly ever the case when you order tobacco on the internet.

So do not order cheap branded cigarettes on the Internet, or rolling tobacco, hookah tobacco and cigars. Because if you do, you will lose your tobacco, as well as your money. You still end up paying more.
