Old portal closing soon: switch before 1 July 2024

On 1 July 2024, the Netherlands Tax Administration will permanently close the old portal for entrepreneurs. All entrepreneurs who still use the old portal must switch to the new portal, Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, accounting software or a tax service provider.

As of 1 July 2024 you will no longer be able to use the old portal to manage tax affairs. Additionally, on 1 July 2024, we will close the secure environment where entrepreneurs from outside the European Union (EU) submit a VAT declaration for the EU VAT One Stop Shop. You can find the forms for the VAT return and ICP declaration, the dividend tax refund and the EU VAT declaration on Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.

Apply for a new login type as soon as possible

On Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, you log in using DigiD, eHerkenning or a European approved digital identity (European login). Is your business a legal form that you cannot or do not have to register with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK)? Then you can apply for eHerkenning without KVK number.

Please note that the eHerkenning supplier needs to inspect your application. This takes time. So apply for your new login as soon as possible. Once you have the login, you can immediately log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.
