Request VAT/Excise duties (diplomatic purposes and international organisations)
The Request VAT/Excise duties and Request VAT/Excise duties (fuel-related) forms are intended for a refund of VAT or excise duty paid by (staff members of) embassies, consulates and civil society organizations in the Netherlands.
If you reclaim VAT or excise duty on both goods and motor fuels, please use the Request VAT/Excise duties form.
If you only reclaim VAT or excise duty on the purchase of motor vehicle fuel, please use the Request VAT/Excise duties (fuel-related) form.

Instructions for filling in the form
This form can be completed on your computer. The fully completed form can be printed and signed at question 5 of the form. Placing a digital signature is also allowed.
