Personal Data Protection Act
The Tax and Customs Administration has to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens or Wbp). This Act contains the obligations with which companies and authorities need to comply if they have to use your personal data.
Personal data are data such as your name, address and place of residence. But also data about your financial situation and your payment record with the Tax and Customs Administration.
