How do you pay your provisional assessment?

When you apply for or change your provisional assessment then you receive a (new) provisional assessment within 6 weeks. A giro collection form is enclosed with the provisional assessment. If you do not use this giro collection form then you must state the payment reference when you transfer the amount. The payment reference is stated on the giro collection form.
